The Metropolitan Cowboy is the co-host of Phoenix's only Bear Happy Hour.  Bill and Michael's Bear Happy Hour at The HOasis takes place the first Wednesday of every month from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm.  Bill and Michael's Bear Happy Hour at The HOasis is a fun time where bears, cubs, otters and those that admire them can come together for food, fun and frolic.  Food and beer is provided as well as one of The Metropolitan Cowboy's specialty drinks.  The HOasis is clothing optional for those that want to utilize the heated pool.  Bill and Michael's Bear Happy Hour at The HOasis is the exclusive venue for the revamped and totally uncensored game, "Are You Worth a Rug Burn?"
